What the Program Includes
Hands-On Baking
Work alongside our experienced bakers in a real production environment. From cookies to artisan breads, you'll have your hands in the dough.
Earn College Credits
Our program is designed to align with culinary curriculum requirements, helping you fulfill your practical hours and earn college points.
Pastry & Dessert Focus
Specialise in the sweet arts — pastries, cakes, and desserts. We welcome students studying confectionery, patisserie, and baking arts.
Mentorship from Pros
Our head bakers are seasoned professionals who are passionate about sharing their knowledge with the next generation of talent.
Flexible Scheduling
We work around your academic schedule. Mornings, afternoons, or part-time arrangements — we'll find a rhythm that works for both of us.
Certificate of Completion
Upon finishing the program, interns receive an official certificate from Angel & Manna Bakery recognising their training and contribution.
